Making Bread 方包

Making breads are both easy and difficult. It can be intimidating if you do not know the ingredients well. It becomes easier once you are able to understand the ingredients and the part each plays. From there on you can do all sorts of variations any time of the day/year.
It is also important to know that there is no fast-track to bread-making. It is a rewarding process however, as the more you try, the better you will get.
The major ingredients in bread-making are 1) yeast, 2) flour, 3) water, 4)salt, 5) sugar, and sometimes 6)oil/fat

就因為它正正方方的樣子,我們都會稱呼這種麵包做方包,當然不同的地方有不同的名字,吐司呀白麵包呀多士呀都一樣啦,這種白麵粉多多的方包都是我們成長的主要早餐食物,現在人長大了,也是時候追求一點較為健康的食物,造麵包的話,總會多加粗麥麵粉,蔬菜方面,總喜歡選擇纖維較多的蔬菜,希望在牙齒尚算健全的日子多多使用,但身為人類的我們,有時總被懶惰魔鬼引誘,吃點零食啦,吃點甜食啦,吃點甚麼甚麼的,無論如何,吃甜食都應該吃得有意義一點,今天我就吃一個白麵粉方包,就加點牛油沙糖,好好喫個茶,就看這魔鬼還能說甚麼。
