1) Dough rises almost double its original size (this takes approximately 1 hour, depending on the temperature)
2) Dividing and shaping dough to round shape.
3) Let dough proof for a second time (another hour until the buns double in size).
4) Bake dough at 400F oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the top browns and tapping the buns yield a hollow sound.
